ed to Montezuma Sunday to see the
train wreck.
James S. Hatch, of Illinois, was a
pleasant visitor at Sunday school and
preaching Sunday. He gave a very
instructive talk at Sunday school.

Ellaville, were visitors at the home of
J. R. Williams Sunday.
There was quite a deal of excite
ment here Sunday when it became
known that the engagement an
nouncement of the principal of the
Andersonville school, G. L. Cooper,
was published in Sunday’s Macon
Telegraph. The marriage is to take
place May 12 at the home of the
bride-to-be at Tennille, Ga.
Leon Slappey spent Sunday at
home here with his brothers, C. A.
and Bascom Slappey.

to Americus on a shopping trip Tues
