Millions for a
New Stomach
One of the greatest American million
aires said to his physician, “ A million
dollars, Doctor, spot cash and no grum
bling, for a new stomach,” and then
the sick man groaned and turned away.
All his wealth could not make him
happy or contented, for happiness large
ly depends upon digestion. Without
health where does happiness come inf
After all the stomach plays a great
part in everyday life. Without a
healthy stomach and good digestion our
blood is thin, watery and poor, our
heart action is weak, our liver does not
do its duty, and man is miserable and
unhappy, prevent disease by putting
the house in order and strengthening
the system against the germs of disease.
Dr. Pierce, of the Invalids ’ Hotel and
Surgical Institute, at Buffalo, N. Y.,
years ago understood diseases and their
prevention, and he discovered certain
roots and herbs which were nature’s
remedies, and succeeded in putting them
up in a form that could be easily pro
cured at the drug store (liquid or
tablets). This he called Dr. Pierce’s
Golden Medical Discovery. This Dis
covery gives no false stimulation be
cause it contains no alcohol or any nar
cotic. It helps digestion and the as
similation of such elements in the food
as are required for the blood. It gives
to the blood the food elements the tis
sues require. For over fifty years it
has enjoyed the confidence of the
American public. Try it now! ,

Baby’s Growth
As baby’s growth, development and
health all depend upon the feeding,
the best of care should be used in
supplying the proper food and see
ing that both milk and bottles are
properly sterilized.
Even with the best of care baby is
sometimes going to be upset and will
require a little “physic.” But re
member, baby’s little stomach is ten
der and delicate and should not be
given strong and irritating drugs that
cause bowel inflammation and chronic
constipation.
In England, senna is the favorite
laxative for children and, realizing
that senna is the safest and most effi
cient catharthic, an American baby
specialist has compounded this in
gredient with carminatives and pro
duced an ideal baby laxative that is
easy-acting, non-irritating, does not
produce over-action nor leave the
baby constipated. This preparation
is known as “Baby Ease” and is rec
ommended for all bowel complaints
of babies and children, constipation,
diarrhoea, sour stomach, gas and dur
ing the teething period. Ask your
druggist about “Baby Ease,” it is a
safe, harmless and efficient laxative
and corrective. If baby does not im
prove after a few doses, take him to
a physician. adv

YOUR GRAY HAIR
—V
You can Brinj* Back Color and
Lustre with Sage Tea
and Sulphur.
When you darken your hair with
Sage Tea and Sulphur, no one can
tell, because it’s done so naturally, so
etenly. Preparing thia mixture,
though, at home Is mussy and trouble
some. At little cost you can buy at
any drug store the ready-to-use prep
aration, improved by the addition ot
other ingredients called “Wyeth’s Sage
and Sulphur Compound.” You Just
dampen a sponge or soft brush with
it and draw this through yoar hair,
’ taking one small strand at a time.
By morning all gray hair disappears,
and, after another application or two,
your hair becomes beautifully dark
ened, glossy and luxuriant.
Gray, faded hair, though no dis
grace, is a sign of old age, and as we
all desire a youthful and attractive
appearance, get busy at once with
Wyeth’s Sage and Sulphur Compound
and look years younger. This ready
to-use preparation is a delightful toi
let requisite and not a medicine. It
is not intended for the care, mitiga
tion or prevention of disease. -
