Whereas on Nov. 3, 1919, Oliver
Harvey executed and delivered to W.
B. Worthy, Jr., a principal note for
$300.00 due Nov. 3, 1924, and five
interest coupon notes for $24.00 each
the first ’due Nov. 3, 1920, and one
due each succeeding Nov. 3 up to
and including Nov. 3, 1924, and at
the same time in order to secure
the payment of said principal and
interest notes executed a loan deed
to said W. B. Worthy, Jr., convey
ing the lands hereinafter described,
and it was provided in the note and
in the security deed that should de
fault be made in the prompt pay
ment of either one of the interest
then the principal debt shall
due and payable at once, and
it was further provided in
the deed that should said default be
made that the said W. B. Worthy,
Jr., or his assigns may and by these
presents is authorized at option to
sell all of the property at public out
cry before the court house door in
the County of Webster, State of
Georgia, to the highest bidder for
cash after advertising the time, place
and terms of sale in the newspaper
in which the sheriff’s advertisements
for said county are published, once
a week for four weeks, for the pur
pose of naying «aid debt, and where
as said Oliver Harvev has made such
default and has failed to pav one
interest note of $24.00 due Nov -,
