Ist. That the said Noah’s Ark
Society was duly incorporated by the
order and decree of this court on
December 23rd, 1902, and that no
amendments have been made.
2nd. Petitioner desires a renewal
of its charter as set out in the 'orig
inal act of incorporation, pursuant to
the authority contained in the certi
fied abstract from the minutes of the
said corporation, showing that the;
application for renewal has been ajis
thorized by proper corporate action,
which said abstract is hereto attach-

Wherefore petitioner files this its
petition in the office of the clerk of
the Superior court, and prays that
that after the same has been adver
tised as required by law, that the
court by proper order, grant this

Where as, the charter of the
Noah’s Ark Society will expire by
legal limitation on December 23rd,
1922, and whereas this organization
is desirous of continuing its opera
tions under the terms, rights and
privileges of its said charter, and
desires a renewal thereof accqrding
to law.
Therefore, be it resolved by the
Grand Lodge of Noah’s Ark Society,
in annual session now assembled.
That the officers of this organiza
tion be, and they are hereby, on be
half of this corporation empowered
and directed to make, or have made,
application to the Superior Court of
Sumtcik County, Georgia, for a re
newal of said charter, in terms of
the law.
