THE AMERICUS WEEKLY TfMES-RECORDER: FRIDAY, MAY 29, 5 891. IS OWI-NS A BIGAMIST? THAT’S THE REPORT AND THE OF FICERS ARE AFTER HIM. I III- Una n U it- nml live < lillilr cniin ia,o Tiiliii in time, even Consumption yields to the wonderful effects of Dr. Pierce’s Golden Medical Discovery. It won’t make new lungs—hut it will make diseased ones healthy when nothing else will. There’s reason for it, too. Consumption is Lung- scrofula. For every form of scrof ula, and all blood-taints, the “Dis covery ” is a positive cure. It’s the most potent strength - restorer, blood - cleanser, and flesh - builder known to medical science. For Weak Lungs, Spitting of Wood, Bronchitis, Asthma, Catarrh, and all lingering Coughs, it’s an une qualed remedy. It’s a guaranteed one. If it doesn’t benefit or cure, you have your money back. You’ve everything to gain from it—nothing to lose. It’s especially potent in curing Tetter, Salt-rheum, Eczema, Erysip elas, Boils, Carbuncles, Sore Eyes, Goitre, or Tide k Neck, and Enlarged Glands, Tumors and Swellings. Great Eating Ulcers rapidly heal under its benign influence. Sam owens, a young man, is badly wanted. Officers have received instruc tions to be on the lookout for him, but so far no trace of him has been found. Two months ago Morton’s sister, Miss Leila, a young Duly about ‘JO years of age, came to visit him, and from the first Owens began paying her attentions. A love match was soon the result, and then a marriage engagement. The day of the marriage was set and on last Tuesday Mis. Morton became Owen’s wife. It is said the marriage was very pri vate. At any rate it was not generally known until next day, and then Owens and his bride had left for their new home, either in Columbus or Texas. The brother then, for the first time, heard a rumor that Owens had a wife living in Godfrey. He at once wired to Godfrey, and in reply received a telegram from Mrs. Owens No. 1, giving all the information wanted.
