Kvery county should be represented in the first and every southern state in the second congress. Atlanta, Aug. 8.—lion. W. J. Nor then, President Georgia Road Congress —Dear Sir: By the action of the last road congress the president and vice-presi dents wero constituted an advisory committee to determine tho question of a future meeting of a congress, with tho power to determine tho time and call for a session of tho body. We, there fore, as vice-presidents from our re spective congressional districts, request you to formulate a call for a session of tlie road congress in tho city of Atlanta on Wednesday, October 28, and that cacli county in tho stato l>o requested to send up delegates to said congress double tho number of their representa tives in the lower branch of tlio general assembly. Each county in the state is requested to select delegates to the number of double their representatives in tho lower branch of the goneral assembly, and forward their names to tho secretary in Atlanta. “W.
