VALUABLE LANDS.
Americus Slakes a Ten Strike In Florida
Phosphate Lands.
Messrs. T. M. Alien, E. Taylor, T. E.
Allen and W. P. Wallis, who are jointly
interested in the T. 51. Allen phosphate
lands in Florida, received yesterday a
letter from Mr. H. C. White, professor
of chemistry at the Athens State Univer
sity, to whom they sent samples of rock
from their beds, conveying to them the
cheering information that his analysis
assayed for them the best possible re
sults: 74.31 of bone phosphate lime
being found in the test.
The gentlemen concerned control a
tract of 1C7 acres of this land, and lying,
as it does, contiguous to both railroad
and steamer transportation, opens for
them a field of possibilities ot future re
munerative working oasiiy calculated by
the observant.
The manufacture of fertilizers has in
the past been largely dependent upon
employment of chemical amalgamation
for its product. Tho phosphate strata
of the above analysis needs little manip
ulation to become a commercial ferti
lizer of the highest order, and the pro
jectors of its manufacture, residing as
they do in the heart of one of the finest
agricultural sections in the state, we
predict for them the establishment of a
business which will in time assume proj
portions of a most important character
to our general farming and business in
terests.
A GOOD APPETITE
Is essential, not only to the enjoyment of food, but to bodily health and mental vigor,
priceless boon may be secured by the use of Ayer’s Sarsaparilla.
This
’Feeling truly grateful for the benefits
realized by the use of Ayer’s Sarsaparilla, I
gladly offer my testimony In Its favor. For
several months I had no appetite ; what food
I ate distressed me. I was restless at night,
and complete prostration of the nervous
system seemed imminent. Three bottles of
Ayer's Sarsaparilla cured me." — Miss A. E.
Vickery, Dover, N. II.
”1 have been suffering, full two years,
from troubles consequent upon a severe fall.
My blood became very much impoverished,
and I suffered severely from weakness of
the system and loss of appetite, when a
friend recommended me to try Ayer’s Sarsa
parilla. Ain now on my third bottle, and
find myself greatly benefited by its use.” —
Mrs. M. H. Howland, South Duxbury, Mass.
