Dr. A. II. Campbell received a tele
gram yesterday announcing tho death of
his brother, Rev, Charles D. Campbell,
in Cleburne, Texas. Tlie deceased was,
for a long time, pastor of the First
llaptist church in Athens, hut moved to
Texas about two years ago. Ho was
well known In the state, and was one of
tbo brainiest and most able of Georgia's
ministers. Ho will be carried to Athena
for interment.
