Felders Get Estate of Late Samnel
Mnrphey.
A Nashville dispatoh announces that
the contest of tho will of the late Sam
uel M. Mnrphey has been Bettled. Mr.
Mnrphey left an estate valued at
$1,500,000 jin which he willed 150,000
to each of his nieces, Mrs. Nora Kil
breth and Mrs. Mary Gardner on oon

The rest of his estate was left to hie
wife, who subsequently adopted Mr.
Thomas J, Felder and wife. Sait was
