Atlanta, Ga:, April 5.—Gov. Brown today approved the action of the State Prison Board In refusing to recom mend clemency for William H. Mit chell, the wealthy Thomas county con vict serving a twelve-months’ sentence for assault on a young lady there. The action of the prison commission was taken yesterday afternoon.
