Calhoun Is to be taken from tnc Albany and placed In the Pataula cir cuit. while Miller goes from the Pa taula to the Albany circuit. Among other changes, the commis sion recommends that the present names of c rcults be abolished, and that hereafter the circuits be known by uumbers. The numbers will be gin with Chatham, which will be known as the Firs* circuit. The commission was at first dis posed, to discountenance the creation of a new circuit, but In order to make the Xorthern c’rcnlt smaller and to relieve the Augusta circuit of some ot the burden of work. It was found necessary to bunch a number of counties In a new circuit. 'Oreat care waa taken In the re-ar- rangement ot the circuits not to more any Judge out of hi* circuit. The plant will be conveniently lo cated In the southwestern section of the city upon both the Seaboard and Central rallroada. It will be a mixing iplant largely, like several of tl); others here, and will turn out a very excellent bjand ot commercial fertil izer. The enterprise*. as stated, wilt be ready for business in the early fall. The entire capital stock Is subscribed and paid already. This new plant will be the sixth fertlllxer factory In Americas. The others are the Virg'nln-Carolina Co.. Home Mixture, Farmers’, Ameri cus Co., Tennessee Chemical, all of which are well established enterprises and havq long done a very excellent business here.
