T HE new Rambler, because of its quiet ease of
motion, reserve power, and dignity of comfort,
affords to the busy mirn pleasing relaxation and
healthful - recreation' with family or friends at the

One of Changes Provided
By the Commission.
It the report of the special legls
latlon commission Is adopted, the
Southwestern circuit Is to-be shorn
of one of ts counties.
Leecounty. it the report Is adopt
ed by the legislature, whloh Is very
probable, will be transferred from
the Southwestern to the Pataula clr
cult.
Calhoun Is to be taken from tnc
Albany and placed In the Pataula cir
cuit. while Miller goes from the Pa
taula to the Albany circuit.
Among other changes, the commis
sion recommends that the present
names of c rcults be abolished, and
that hereafter the circuits be known
by uumbers. The numbers will be
gin with Chatham, which will be
known as the Firs* circuit.
The commission was at first dis
posed, to discountenance the creation
of a new circuit, but In order to
make the Xorthern c’rcnlt smaller
and to relieve the Augusta circuit of
some ot the burden of work. It was
found necessary to bunch a number
of counties In a new circuit.
'Oreat care waa taken In the re-ar-
rangement ot the circuits not to more
any Judge out of hi* circuit. Th's, to
gether with the tact that every pro
posed change precipitated a warm con
test for or against from the county
affected made the work of the com
mission a tedious taak and one re
quiring considerably diplomacy.
Americus ts promised still another
large fertilizer plant—the sixth one

financial success.
Those Interested, and who will con
stitute the board of dlrectoVs, are
Messrs. Frank Lanier, R. 8. Oliver,
George Oliver, Henry Lanier, \V. C.
Sullivan, tV. A. Humber, Elmore Poole
and brothers.
Mr. Frank I^nler will be president
of the new company.
The plant will be conveniently lo
cated In the southwestern section of
the city upon both the Seaboard and
Central rallroada. It will be a mixing
iplant largely, like several of tl);
others here, and will turn out a very
excellent bjand ot commercial fertil
izer.
The enterprise*. as stated, wilt be
ready for business in the early fall.
The entire capital stock Is subscribed
and paid already.
This new plant will be the sixth
fertlllxer factory In Americas. The
others are the Virg'nln-Carolina
Co.. Home Mixture, Farmers’, Ameri
cus Co., Tennessee Chemical, all of
which are well established enterprises
and havq long done a very excellent
business here.
This newest company will be cap
