e health, as, sometimes, magnificently strong-looking
hen are nervous wrecks.
Jut whether you are weak physically or nervously,
need a tonic, and the best tonic for you is Cardui.
[It builds strength for the physical and nervous systems.

BANKER OIIVER HAS
MADE HIS ESCAPE
Slick Rascal. Who Skinned
Decatur Gounty.
A. D. Oliver, whosecareer as a
banker and developer at Cilniax k-
famlilar to the newspaper readers of
this section, has escaped from the pen
itentiary and Is now probably looking
for another good opening In the world
of high finance. Oliver was convict
ed on one or more of the numerous
Inidctments against him and een-
tenced to a term In the penitentiary.
It seems that be was sent to Toombs
county to serve bis sentence, and It
was from there that he made hie es
cape. The Balnbrldge Post brings th
following announcement of bis es
cape:
The people of this section will ha
Interested but hot at all surprised to
know that famous Oliver hoe decamp
ed from the penitentiary In the county
of Toombs, where he was sent. The
report had been In circulation for sev
eral days, but now has been practi
cally verified by the officers. The fa
mous gentleman of the Cromwellian
name left very complimentary refer
ence. to the Decatur county authori
ties, making use of the expression
that Sheriff Emanuel never slept to
keep Mm from sleeping. Tho aher'if
was really tip dgalnst it hard, as ev
erybody In the section thought Oliver
could go through key holes and up
chimney flues. The state that re
ceives the gntlman will gt a pack
age tbit will never -be forgotten a;
all. This will possibly close the
chapter In Georgia, but as to other
states, may the Lord have mercy on
them.
