English, of the Southern Land Co., mad* the sale. The Improvements upon tbe place are not very considerable, a modest country home, but the location, upon 0C9 of Sumter's One roads, is an ideal cne. Another sale of valuable farm prop erty yesterday was that of the Gearg6 M. Harper place of 243 acre*. This farm lies probably a dozen miles wait of Americus, and the sale was made to Emmett Hart, of Sumter, through Arthur ft Westbrook, real estate deal era here. — Arthur ft Westbrook also sold the Wiley Wlnsett farm, four mile* welt of Amerlous, the purchaser being George W.
