Commissioner of Agriculture Hudson was at the capitol Monday morning, after a week’s trip over the state, in specting the cotton crop. > According to the best reports and conditions in the field, Mr. Hudson estimates that the crop is short about 33 1-3 per cent. He saysr ■The South Georgia crop is probably showing tho most normal average of any section of the state. There Is no doubt that the total crop will be one-third short.
