Big Railroad Suit.
Mr. Alex Fiynt brought
suit-against the Louisville and
Nashville railroad, lessees of
the Georgia railroad, for $10,000
damages, for injuries sustained
al Hillman, some time ago.
The railroad, when the amount
involved Is over $200, has the

I in the Federal court,
j The road gave notice that the
case would take that course,
whereupon Horn F. II. Colley,
! Mr. Flynt’s attorney, dismissed
the suit against the L. & N. and
will change it to the Georgia rail
road and Banking Go.
There is a good deal of com¬
ment over the fact that the law
permits a case to be tried out¬
side of the county in which the
occurrence takes place.
