At our last meeting on the 4th
instant,'the Board of Education
passed a resolution lo the effect
that the public schools of Talia
ferro county for 1905, shall not |
begin until Jan. 1, or as soon
thereafter as practicable.
This resolution being based on
the Merritt, decision of S. S. G. W. B. J
that he could not pay
for work done in 1904 from the
school fund of 1905.
Under these circumstances, we j
do most earnestly recommend i
and advise that private schools
be tauget throughout the county
this fall.
