Let us begin the new year with some
strong resolutions and not yield so read¬

them.
We trust each of our correspondents
will endeavor to come as often this year
as possible, and help our kind editor to
issue a bright, newsy paper.
We hop? to have a good school this
year, but the teacher alone cannot male
a success of her work vdUiout the aid

the place which Mr Chapman left before
moving to Emanuel county. We are
glad to have this excellent family again

We trust all of us will determine to
make our Sunday school brighter and
more interesting. Would that each of
us could tealizeand appreciate our re¬
