There were a great many negroes fol¬

Hogs are out in our section. They do
not mind eating potatoes a little bit.
There was war in the camp at our

cons gave him permission, provided he
gave them some of the “booze.”
We think the farmers in this section
of ihe [State should plant their cotton
crop from the last week in April to the
10th of May. Earlier planting has* not
turned out so well for many years.
We met Bro. Bob. Jackson Sunday on
his w’ny t-“~don Point. Mr. ;Jackson is

It was not our fault that the announce¬
ment was made that ihe Stephens Camp
of Veterans was given out to meet last
Tuesday, That is the way it was given
to us by members who were present at
Hie last meeting. We corrected last week
and there was no need of any more com¬
