The friends of Mrs. Prior
Chadman were shocked and
deeply grieved to learn of her
death, which occurred at her
home in Crawfordville Sunday
night. Mr. A. J. Cnapman and
family, with other relatives here,
attended the funeral in that
place Tuesday Mrs. Chapman
came here a bride afew years ago
and for some time made Union
Point her home, afterwards mov¬
ing to Crawfordville. She was
a most excellent woman, tenderly
loved by every one. —Union
