henceforth we will endeavor to teach
school rather than to keep school,

in any respect to comply with his bid.
In addition the successful bidder shall
on demand, pay a sufficient sum of mon¬
ey to defray all the expenses of the cause.
And the purchaser or purchasers other
than the complainant, shall deposit
with the Commissioner, immediately
after the property is knocked off to him
a sufficient sum of money or certified
c heck to amount together with the said
$5,GOO to len per cent, of the purchase
price. The Diuance of the purchase
money shall be paid at the time of the
confirmation of the sale, or when directed

Fourth;- In case the purchaser or
purchasers fail to comply with terms or
the sale, or with any orders of the court
relating to consummation of the pur¬
