Pleasant Hill Christian Church Pleasant Hill is off to a roaring start in 2003! We welcomed 19 new members and eight children at our New Members’ Banquet last Sun day! The Teens are planning a huge Super Bowl Party at the home on Mike and Renay Harshbarger on Sunday, Jan. 26. It will be an evening of fun, food and football! The Seniors will be going to the Old Salem Christian Church in Conyers for the Western District Missionary Society meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 28. The missionary speaker will tell of the work in the Ukraine. On Sun day, Feb. 2 we will honor our teach ers at the Teacher’s Appreciation Banquet! Our featured speaker will be Charles Turner, vice president at Atlanta Christian College. Brother Turner will be speaking at both the morning worship and the luncheon. Naming this bell choir after Judy and Linda is the Holy Family way of recognizing and honoring the wonderful and sacrificial service these two saints have given us over the years. Thank you Judy and Linda! The Food Panty continues to be an instrument of God’s Grace, but help is needed in the form of a director and grant writer.
