Under and by virtue of the Power of
Sale contained in a Security Deed given by
Nathan Watson and Jaime Thomas to
Regions Bank, dated April 30, 2003,
recorded in Deed Book 517, Page 2,
Pickens County, Georgia Records, con
veying the after-described property to
secure a Note in the original principal
amount of One Hundred Seventy-Nine
Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-Four and
0/100 DOLLARS ($179,254.00), with inter
est thereon as set forth therein, there will
be sold at public outcry to the highest bid
der for cash before the courthouse door of
Pickens County, Georgia, within the legal
hours of sale on the first Tuesday in August
2007, the following described property:
