The debt constituting said lien is hereby
declared due because of failure to pay
annual fees and charges appertaining to
said Homeshare Interest.
The sale will be held subject to any
unpaid taxes, assessments, rights of way,

restrictions, liens, and other superior mat
ters of record which may affect said prop

Said property will be sold as the proper
ty of Patricia Jane Hutson and the pro

payment of the indebtedness and the
