to final confirmation and audit of the status
of the loan with the holder of the security

and delineated according to a plat of sur
vey prepared for F.T. Kent dated March
15, 1978, by N.B. Deloach, Georgia
Registered Surveyor, which recorded in
Plat Book 7, Page 131, Dawson County,
Georgia records, and which is recorded in
Plat Book I, Page 28, Pickens County,
Georgia records, and which is incorporat
ed by reference herein. This is the same
property that was conveyed to Craig D.
Corkill and Pamela A. Corkill under a war
ranty deed from Frank Pirkle dated August
21, 1980, which is recorded in Deed Book
52, Page 576, Dawson County, Georgia
records, and which is recorded in Deed
Book 70, Page 136, Pickens County,
Georgia records.
