Restrictions for Petit Crest Villas dated
February 12, 1982, and recorded
February 12, 1982, in Deed Book 80,
Pages 487-507, Pickens County Records,
as amended, there will be sold by the
undersigned at public outcry to the highest

mon with other owners of Homeshare
interests in the Lot and the Association (as
defined in the Declaration), as provided

The debt constituting said lien is hereby
declared due because of failure to pay
annual fees and charges appertaining to
said Homeshare Interest.

unpaid taxes, assessments, rights of way,

ters of record which may affect said prop
