“The increase was caused
primarily by two seasonal

janitorial workers, and an
increase in the labor force,
as students began looking for
permanent or part-time

Beat the heat
(SPM Wire) Summer can get
hot, plain and simple. Thank
fully there are several easy
ways to keep your cool.
For starters, drink more flu
ids than usual, unless you are
on a low-fluid diet. Don’t just
wait until you are thirsty, and
avoid drinks with caffeine, al
cohol or large amounts of
sugar. These may cause you to
lose fluid.
