from TWISTED HOOK ENTERPRISES,
LLC to COMMUNITY BANK OF PICKENS
COUNTY, Grantee, dated April 16, 2014,
recorded in Deed Book 1027, pages 819-
831, Pickens County, Georgia Records,
said Deed to Secure Debt having been
given to secure a Promissory Note dated
April 16, 2014, in the principal amount of
$153,906.13, there will be sold by the
