Note 13, in the original princi

Default(s) have occurred
under the terms and provi
sions of the Security Deed
and in the payment of the debt
evidenced by the Note and se
cured by the Security Instru
ments. As a result of such
default(s), the total balance of
said debt as evidenced by the
Note has been and is hereby
declared due and the Security
Deed foreclosable according
to its terms and applicable
law. The debt remaining in de
fault, the Real Property will be
sold to the highest bidder for
cash as the property of
Grantor, the proceeds to be
applied to the payment of said
indebtedness, attorneys’ fees
(notice of intention to collect
attorneys’fees having been
given), and the lawful ex
penses of said sale, all as pro
vided in the Note and the
Security Deed and all other re
lated documents evidencing
indebtedness owed to Lender.
Said sale to be subject to any
and all unpaid taxes and as
sessments (including taxes
which are a lien, but not yet
due and payable), any matters
which would be disclosed by
an accurate survey or by an
inspection of the Real Prop
erty, any zoning ordinances,
all outstanding bills for public
utilities which constitute liens
upon the Real Property, any
governmental rights of re
demption, and all restrictions,
easements, liens, security
deeds, security interests,
claims, and encumbrances of
record, if any, that are prior to
the Security Instruments and
to which the Security Instru
ments are subject.
Further, the sale of the Per
sonal Property will be con
ducted in accordance with
O.C.G.A. §§ 11 -9-604(a)(2)
and (b)(2) and applicable law.
The sale, if made, will be to
the highest and best bidder.
All persons attending the sale
will be given an opportunity to
bid on a competitive basis.
Lender may offer the Personal
Property for sale, and may sell
the Personal Property, as a
unit or in parcels and by way
of one or more contracts.
Lender may adjourn and
recommence the sale in its
discretion within the legal
hours for a public sale under
the Uniform Commercial
Code. The purchase price will
be paid in cash or certified
funds at closing, which will be
at the conclusion of all bidding
unless otherwise agreed by
Lender at the time of sale.
Lender reserves the right, in
its discretion, to reject any and
all bids and to submit a bid or
bids for any or all of the Per
sonal Property. After receipt of
bids for the Personal Property
in its entirety or a portion
thereof, Lender in its discre
tion may solicit, receive and
accept bids for each item of
the Personal Property.

rett Blackwell have petitioned
for Gina Dell Evans and Toni
Jarrett Blackwell to be ap
pointed Administrator(s) of the
estate of Melba Dell Evans,
deceased, of said county. The
Petitioner has also applied for
waiver of bond and/or grant of
certain powers contained in
O.C.G.A. § 53-12-261. All in
terested parties are hereby
notified to show cause why
said Petition should not be
granted. All objections to the
Petition must be in writing,
setting forth the grounds of
any such objections, and must
be filed with the Court on or
before March 8th, 2021.
