A RESOLUTION by the City
of Nelson, Georgia, to dispose
of certain public utility property.
WHEREAS, the City of Nel
son (’’the City”) is a duly incor
porated municipality located in
Cherokee County, Georgia and
Pickens County, Georgia;
WHEREAS, pursuant to
Section 6.32 of the Charter of
the City of Nelson, the City is
authorized to convey real prop
erty owned by the City as al
lowed by law;

O.C.G.A. § 36-37-7, the City is

terms or conditions as the City
