He was born November 18,

Norma Willingham
Norma Willingham, 86, of
Alpharetta passed away Sun
day, November 28, 2021
after a brief illness. She was
a loving daughter, sister,
wife, mother, grandmother,
great-grandmother, and
great-great-grandmother. She
graduated from Trion High
School in 1953. She worked
at the (then) Lockheed Geor
gia Company as a secretary
in Flight Test and Experi
mental Engineering for 35
years before retiring. After
retirement, she moved to
Erin, Tennessee. After the
death of her husband, she re
turned to Georgia to be close
to family.
Norma is survived by her

Jr. (Joy), Joyce Van Meel

1946 to James Franklin and
Velma Higgins in Atlanta,
Georgia. He proudly served
his country in the United
States Navy during the Viet
nam era on the USS Bryce
Canyon AD-36 and the USS
America CVN-66. He was a
40 year member of the Inter
national Brotherhood of
Electrical Workers Local
Union 613.
Jerry is survived by his
wife of 50 years, Brenda
Wilder Higgins of Jasper;
son and daughter-in-law,
Jody and Scarlett Higgins of
Holly Springs; daughter and
son-in-law, Lisa Hall and
Scott Morgan of Cumming;
son, Jeffrey Higgins of Burnt
Mountain; grandchildren,
Tristan Higgins, Cole Hall,
