ture criteria specified under
DPH...by loosely covered, or
uncovered if protected from
overhead contamination dur
ing the cooling period to fa
cilitate heat transfer from the
surface of the food. Cor

methods must be used to en
sure food items cool from
135-70 [degrees] in two

Dayna Timmer,
PharmD
Dayna has been a licensed pharmacist for nearly 14 years
and is thrilled for the opportunity to become the newest
team member at Bell’s Family Pharmacy in Tate. Dayna
has a deep passion for the clinical services and the care she
provides to her patients. She is excited to share her expert
ise and knowledge in the fields of women’s health, com
pounding, supplements, herbals, GBD, alternative
medicine, pediatrics, medication safety, and immunization services.
Dayna moved to Georgia in 2017 and has worked as pharmacy manager and staff
pharmacist for 11 years at a large chain pharmacy. Dayna is so excited to be a part of
the growth at Bell’s Family Pharmacy. She looks forward to providing a deeper level
of personal care to patients as she re-integrates into the independent community phar
macy setting.
Dayna has two children, son Pierson (age 6) and daughter Campbell (age 2), and
spends her free time with her children, family, and close friends. Dayna enjoys hiking,
visiting state parks, mountain biking, visiting farmers markets, and festivals. Dayna re
ceived her pharmacy degree at Purdue University, and is a proud Boilermaker alum
nus. She has served on the board for various Purdue Alumni groups in the Southeast.
