washed-out culvert pipe/head-
walls, and reconstruct the col
lapsed road embankment
section along Gennett Drive.
Work will include, but not be lim
ited to: traffic control, minor
clearing and grubbing, roadway
and slope grading/construction,
roadway construction (GAB
only), erosion control, grassing,
culvert pipe and headwall (pre
cast or cast in-place) construc
tion, temporary drainage,
temporary stream
diversion/pumping and work
area dewatering as necessary.
All work shall conform to the
Georgia Department of Trans
portation’s (GDOT) Standard
Specifications Construction of
Transportation Systems, 2021
Edition; GDOT’s Supplemental
Specifications Construction of
Transportation Systems, 2021;
and all applicable GDOT Stan
dards and Details. (Note: The
City of Jasper has completed
the relocation of the Watermain
as shown in the plans to avoid
conflict with the reconstruction

beginning at page 109, of the
deed records of the Clerk of the
Superior Court of the aforesaid
state and county, and by virtue
of a default under the terms of
said security deed, and the re
lated note, the undersigned at-

curity deed and note secured

controlling, however, the Prop
erty is more commonly known

Said property will be sold on
an “as-is” basis without any rep
resentation, warranty or re
course against the
above-named or the under
signed. The sale will be subject
to the following items which may
affect the title: any outstanding
ad valorem taxes (including
taxes which are a lien but not
yet due and payable); any mat
ters which might be disclosed by
an accurate survey and inspec
tion of the properly; any assess
ments, liens, encumbrances,
zoning ordinances, restrictions,
and all other matters of record
superior to the said Security
