the existing building. The roof is
constructed with wood trusses
and asphalt shingles to match
the existing building. The build
ing is fully conditioned and fully
sprinklered. The interior spaces
include 2 interior stairs, a new
elevator, a pharmacy, exam
rooms, offices and lab spaces,
and a multi-purpose room. Site
development includes grading
and new paved parking with
areas of new curb and gutter to
tie the phase 3 area into the ex
isting parking lots, modular
block retaining wall, erosion
control, utilities, sidewalks,
dumpster enclosure, and modifi
cation to existing monument
