The indebtedness secured
by said Security Deed has been
and is hereby declared due be
cause of default under the terms
of said Deed to Secure Debt
and one or more of the Notes
listed, including but not limited
to the nonpayment of the indebt
edness as and when due. The
indebtedness remaining in de
fault, this sale will be made for
the purpose of paying the same,
all expenses of the sale, includ
ing attorney’s fees and all other
payments provided for under the
terms of the Deed to Secure
Debt and Note(s).

subject to any outstanding ad
valorem taxes (including taxes

now due and payable), the right
of redemption of any taxing au

be disclosed by an accurate sur
vey and inspection of the prop

MOLLY was the last dog to be
chosen on picture day, the
one who was sitting in her
kennel waiting patiently for
her turn to be photographed.
Is it possible she knew she
would be chosen for her best
behavior? This girl was great
on the leash outside, and
greeted all of us with her
sweet energy.
Next, her dress up item was
chosen. She would wear the
butterfly wings. Most dogs do
not want anyone in their
face, lifting their legs,
manipulating their feet....But
we did all that and more. She
stood there and soaked it all
in with a smile on her face.
We won't call her bombproof because she still needs to meet other dogs. But we always
do that slowly and methodically. So if you are interested in Miss Molly, and have
another dog, it is imperative that you bring your dog with you to meet her. We will
