At the date and time of the seizure James Clay Davis, was in possession of the said vehicle. Defendant was the driver of the above- described vehicle when it was stopped for traffic viola tions by law enforcement officers with the Barnesville Police Department on and around Veteran’s Parkway in Barnesville, Lamar County, Georgia. A probable cause search of the said ve hicle yielded a quantity of methamphetamine along with drug related objects. Defendant was also found to have prior felony drug arrests and convictions. The above-listed property was used or intended for use, directly or indirectly, to facilitate a violation of Geor gia’s controlled substance laws in Lamar County, Georgia, punishable by imprisonment for more than one year and was found in proximity to a quantity of methamphetamine. At the date and time of the seizure James Douglas Cato, was in possession the said vehicle. James Douglas Cato was occupying the above described vehicle on and around Highway 36, in Barnesville, Lamar County, Georgia, during his encounter with officers from the Lamar County Sheriff’s Office. In the course of that encounter it was discovered that James Cato was in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine. Further, James Cato related to the officers that he regularly uses the above-described vehicle when purchasing his methamphetamine.
