A probable cause search of the said ve hicle yielded a quantity of methamphetamine along with drug related objects. Defendant was also found to have prior felony drug arrests and convictions. The above-listed property was used or intended for use, directly or indirectly, to facilitate a violation of Geor gia’s controlled substance laws in Lamar County, Georgia, punishable by imprisonment for more than one year and was found in proximity to a quantity of methamphetamine.
