Hope for the future of LC basketball
While the girls program has soared, the boys basketball
team at LCHS has struggled mightily over the past few years.
However, there is help on the way from the feeder system.
The 12U Trojans from the recreation department are headed
to the Georgia Tarheel Peach State Classic this weekend. They
often have to practice outside in the winter weather but have
excelled under coaches Marcus White, Derrick Haygood and
Marcus Starks.
Pictured are (front, l-r) Jordan White, Haydyn Dickerson,
