Great Day of Service set for Saturday here Marion Matthews VFW Post 6542 Auxiliary will host their annual Easter Egg Hunt this year from 1 to 3 p.m. on Saturday, March 20. “Last year was can celed due to COV1D-19 but we are going for ward with the event this year with several safety precautions in use which include sanitized eggs,” said Judy Ingram. The Easter Egg Hunt will have three different age groups with a prize egg hidden for each group. The Auxiliary will serve a light lunch of pizza and drinks to the children before the egg hunt. Children up to 12 years old are welcome to participate. The Easter bunny will be there to visit the children. Photos with the Easter bunny will be taken at the par ents’ discretion. “Come and enjoy the egg hunt with our veter ans and their families,” said Ingram. • Barnesville First United Methodist Church invites you to worship online Sunday morning.
