Valedictorian and
Salutatorian for SGES
Judge Fears to hear criminal calendar May 20
St. George’s Epis
copal School, located
in Milner, Georgia, is
pleased to announce
that Elizabeth Hammock
has been named as St.
George’s Valedictorian
for the 2020-2021 school
year. She is the daughter
of Greg and Mitzi Ham
mock, of Barnesville.
Thomas Smith has been
named as the St. George’s
Salutatorian for the 2020-
2021 school year. Thom
as is the son of Kelly and
Jennifer Smith, of Griffin.
Both students credit
St. George’s for the
leadership opportunities
they have been given
while students. Thomas
says, “this school gives
us endless opportunities
to develop our leader
ship skills,” and Lizzie
echoes that thought:
“SGES empowers us to
do things we wouldn’t
otherwise do and gives
us the opportunity to
develop our self confi
dence.”
They both plan to
attend the University of
Georgia in the fall.
