Conduct giving such
rise to said seizure was as
follows: On April 8, 2022,
Sgt. Bossie Davis of the
Lamar County Sheriff’s
Office conducted a traffic
stop on a vehicle driven
by LARIOS LOPEZ SAMUEL
LIOVARDO because the ve
hicle was speeding and had
an expired registration. The
traffic stop took place on
Georgia Highway 7 at Five
Points Road. JESUS ANTHO
NY BELIZA VALENCIA was
a passenger in the vehicle.
While speaking with the
occupants, who were both
extremely nervous, Sgt. Da
vis could smell the odor of
marijuana coming from in
side of the vehicle. A prob
able cause search of the
vehicle was then conducted
and a package was found on
the floor board behind the
driver. Inside of the package
were several suspected THC
cartridges. Both men were
arrested and charged with
Possession of a Controlled
Substance (THC). A search
of their persons pursuant to
the arrest uncovered cash
totaling $6,443.14. The cash
was seized by Sgt. Davis in
Lamar County on April 8,
2022.
Claimants who may have

THONY BELIZA VALENCIA.
Said property was used in
violation of O.C.G.A. § 9-16-1
et. seq., and 16-13-49 et. seq.
