the streets of Downtown Barnesville.
BUGGYTHON ROAD RACE
Sat, September 17 ■ 8AM START
Run or Walk in the annual Buggy
thon 10k or 5k Road Race, or the 2
mile Fun Walk. $20 for Adults, $15
12 years and under. $10 for Two
Mile Walk Parking for event will be
at Gordon State College Parking Lot
on College Dr. Sponsored by: Lamar
County Recreation Department.
BUGGY DAYS PARADE
Saturday, September 17 -
2PM START
Beginning at Summer’s Field Park
on College Drive, the parade will
make its way downtown onto Main
Street. Come see the local Marching
Bands. Civic Organizations, Danc
ers and more! The 2022 Buggy
Days Parade Grand Marshall is
Lamar County’s “OUTSTANDING
CITIZEN OF THE YEAR”, Andy
Bush!
FIREWORKS DISPLAY
Sat, September 17 -
9-9:30PM START
Location: Summer’s Field
ANTIQUE CAR DISPLAY
See Antique automobiles with their
original equipment. Who knows,
you may be able to meet the owner!
Saturday, the antique cars will be
exhibited in the Buggy Days Parade.
