LCSO INCIDENT REPORT SUMMARY
Compiled from a summary of incident reports
completed by Lamar deputies during the period Aug.
31-Sept. 6, 2022.
On Aug. 24, Sgt. Henson was monitoring traffic
on Liberty Hill Road near Craftsman’s Village when
he clocked a black Ford van running 55 mph. in a 35
mph. zone and stopped it. The driver, 41-year-old
Guadalupe S. Lopez, had no license and spoke no
English. Henson communicated with him through a
cell phone app. Two passengers in the van also spoke
no English.
Lopez went to jail charged with driving without a
license and a super speeder violation.
On August 31, Sgt. Henson was monitoring traffic
on 1-75 when he spotted an erratically driven Nissan
Rogue and stopped it. The driver had only a Guate
malan passport. Saulo E. Hernadez, 22, went to jail
charged with following too close and driving without
a license.
On Aug. 31, Dep. Barclay Banta was dispatched
to Southeastern Tank Lines on McKenzie Road where
two sheds had been broken into. C1D was called in.
On Sept. 1, Sgt. Henson was patrolling Grove Street
near Kings Drive when he spotted a Chevy Tahoe with
an expired registration decal and stopped it. The driv
er, 21-year-old Jamar 0. Hall, produced an ID card and
said he had gotten his learner’s permit the previous
week. There was no record of the permit. A passenger
in the Tahoe, Warren Johnson, also had no license.
Hall went to jail charged with expired registration and
driving without a license.
On Sept. 1, just after 10:30 p.m., Dep. Coleman Con
ner was monitoring traffic on Ga. Hwy. 7 near Silver
Dollar Road when he clocked a northbound Chevy
Cruze at 96 mph. in a 60 mph. zone. He stopped the
car near Milner. The driver, Shahron L. Hudson, 21,
did not have his license. He went to jail charged with

tember 8 the following were processed through the

counts disorderly and obstruction;

Austin Anthony Dietz, 29, Barnesville, two counts
probation violation;
Jamar O’Sheam Antonio Hall, 21, Barnesville, driv
ing without a license and expired registration;
Randy David Haney, 57, Barnesville, criminal tres
pass and obstruction;
Saulo Ezequias Hernandez, 22, Macon, following
too closely and driving without a valid license;
Shahron Lamel Hudson, 19, Griffin, speeding, reck
less driving and no license on person;
Christopher Michael Hughley, 35, Barnesville, no
charges listed;
Hope Lynne Ivey, 34, Barnesville, terroristic
threats;
Kiara Shecole James, 26, Griffin, arrested for an
other agency;
Antwone Donquaviu Johnson, 29, Griffin, purchase,
possession, manufacture, distribution or sale of mari
juana, possession of firearm or knife during commis
sion of or attempt to commit felonies, possession and
use of drug related objects, possession of marijuana,
bribery and obstructing officers;
Misty Dawn Kelly, 37, Barnesville, possession of
methamphetamine and driving while license suspend
ed or revoked;
Brenton Lanier Kitchings, 46, Yatesville, driving
while license suspended or revoked;
Marcal Angelo Knolton, 24, Barnesville, probation
violation;
Terrell Thor Lee, 35, Jackson, speeding, driving
while license suspended or revoked and failure to
maintain lane;
Richard Garland Lundblad, 43, Barnesville, wanted
out of Henry County;
Rollan James Marsee, 41, Barnesville, fugitive from
justice;
Devion Lewis Miller, 19, Barnesville, criminal tres
pass and disorderly;
Stanley Robert Misinco, 33, homeless, probation
violation;
Angel Miranda Motes, 42, Milner, reckless conduct;
Austin Tyler Opry, 26, Barnesville, two counts pro
bation violation;
Daniel Paredes, 26, Milner, possession of controlled
substance and window tint violation;
no license, reckless driving and a super speeder viola
tion.
On Sept. 2, Dep. David Waller was dispatched to a
home on Lanette Circle where a woman reported six
unauthorized withdrawals from her United Bank ac
count. She had no idea of possible suspects.
On Sept. 2, Dep. Waller was dispatched to Grove
Street where he found a wrecked Yamaha motorcycle.
It appeared the driver had laid the bike down and
hit a tree. A check revealed the owner of the bike.
Waller went to the home and found the owner who
was bruised and scratched up. The driver reported
he wrecked the bike before daylight and caught a ride
home. He remembered little else.
On Sept. 2, Sgt. Bossie Davis was dispatched to
the Aldora Mill parking lot where a man reported
he found the passenger side window of his vehicle
busted out after working his shift. A 9 mm. handgun
was missing from the glove compartment.
The victim checked with his ex-girlfriend who told
him she did not have it.
On Sept. 3, Dep. Michael Martin worked a domes
tic dispute involving threats at a home at 103 Needle-
leaf Court.
On Sept. 5, at about 9:30 p.m., Sgt. Davis was in
the parking lot at the sheriff’s office when a female
approached him. She said her car was nearby and her
boyfriend was inside it drunk. They had been kicked
out of a party earlier because of the drunk boyfriend.
She claimed the male had grabbed the steering
wheel almost making her crash. She also alleged that
he fired a shot out the car window from a handgun.
Davis went to the car on the passenger side and
knocked on the windo and encountered the drunken
boyfriend. He took the handgun, a Glock 40 cal, from
him. He had no criminal history nor felony record so
he was allowed to leave and told he could pick up the
gun when he sobered up.

Lamar County Sheriff’s Deputies answered 253
calls. Lamar County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to
31 911 calls. Lamar County Fire Fighters responded
to 27 911 calls. Barnesville Fire Fighters responded to
two 911 calls. EMS responded to 133 calls. There were
25 accidents. Lamar County Sheriff’s Deputies served
12 state warrants. Lamar County Sheriff’s Deputies
issued 38 traffic citations.

Between Monday, September 5 and Monday, Sep
tember 12 the Barnesville Police Department made
the following arrests:
Derringer Harris, 36, 1702 Crossings PL, Griffin,
speeding and two counts DU1;
Devoris Carter, 34, 137 Bradley Cir., Barnesville,
aggravated stalking;
Aliyah Harris, 20, 117 Hwy. 41 N., Lot 40, Barnes
ville, driving while license suspended or revoked and
headlight violation;
Reggie Harris, 18, 105 Ward Dr., Barnesville, speed
ing and possession of marijuana.
They answered 166 calls for service including:
eight animal complaints, one juvenile, 15 security
checks, two welfare checks, one burglary, 14 domes
tics, 17 suspicious persons/vehicles, five accidents,
two hit and run, two escorts, 14 alarms, two damage
to property, one chase and one mental subject.
They issued 36 citations including: two expired
tags, two wrong class of license, one failure to main
tain insurance, 13 speeding, one failure to obey traffic
control device, one handsfree law, one leaving the
scene of an accident, two DU1, one one way roadway,
one failure to stop, one tag light violation, one no
operating brake lights/signals, one driving unsafe
vehicle and two seatbelt violations.
