The Stock Judging Team, which is
composed of the following boys: J.
L. Bailey, Jackson; Charlie Martin,
Rex; Young A. Oliver, Grayson;
Paul Pettigrew, LaFayette, will com
pete with other teams from the state
Thursday and Friday at the South
eastern Fair. The winning team will
represent Georgia at the Internation
al Livestock Show at Chicago. A. &
M. has won the last two years and
hopes to make a good showing this
year. Mr. C. W. Wheeler is in
charge of the team.

Our football team won two games
last week from Greenville and Lo
cust Grove. The game Friday with
Marist in Atlanta promises to be a
hard fought battle. A. & M. de
serves credit for playing such a
strong team and although the odds
are against her, they will make it
interesting for Marist. Carrollton
High, Lanier, Madison A. & M. are
some of the other games to be
played.
