THE plan of Insurance indotsed by the leading financiers of this country. Mr. G. E. Iluguley, Cashier Xew South Savings Bank and Mayor ot the city of Batnesville, says: “1 have taken §(>000 insurance in the Bankers Guarantee Fund Life Associa tion, of Atlanta, Ga., and was so well pleased with the insurance that I per suaded ray son to take a policy in this Association. I know the officers in this Association to be reliable and trustworthy, and do cheerfully recommend this insurance to those desiring first-class protection at low cost.” J. W. Cabaniss, Cashier Exchange Bank, Macon, Ga., says; “1 do not hesitate to recommend the Company to persons who are desiring in -urance. I took out a policy in this Company shortly after it started busi ness, and would have been glad to have taken more could I have gotten it.” Hundreds of other ind laments can be furnished. THE SOLID NORTH. The stockholders and liigli-salai'ied of ficers of some of the extortionate and ex iravagant life insurance companies in the North have a “fat thing.” They are “solid,” and made so, in a large measure at the expense of the cbizeris of the Southern States. Take the State of Geor gia for example- The citizens have paid the “legal reserve” (oh! line) companies alone, i* premiums, during the year en ding April ‘2oth, 1895, the enormous sum $2,361,566.58. They returned, in pay ment of death losses, $730,034,00, leav ing a balance against us amounting tb $1,631,532.53. The Bankers Guarantee Fund Life As sociation of Atlanta, Ga., was organized to correct this evil; and the following comparison will show, in part, how it is succeeding: Out of 58 companies com peting for business in this State, during the period mentioned, this company out stripped 52 competitors, and stood* six in the race for new business ! The only companies that surpassed it were the three giants, with their millions of mon ey, and armies of agents; one assess ment; and an accident company. The Bankers Guarantee Fund Life As socation lias, without sacrificing safety, reduced the cost of insurance to a reas onable rate.
