AS thousands of defense workers cheer, the one-millionth aerial frag
mentation bomb produced by the Budd plant is presented to Co!. '

phia firm. Although the exact rate of production of the new bombs, said •
to be the most deadly of their type in the world, is a closely guarded I
military secret, it is one of the highest in the U. S., officials revealed.
