of Incorporation under Chapter 65-2
of the Georgia Code, 1933, as amend

FIRST: The name of the Associa
i lion shall be Seminole & Miller Coun
ty' Purchasing and Marketing Associa
tion.
SECOND: The Association is to be
formed to engage in cooperative pur
• chasing and marketing enterprises
and is to have and exercise all powers
set forth in said Chapter 65-2, as a-
mended to date.
THIRD: The principal place of
business shall be at Donalsonville,
Georgia.
FOURTH: Term of existence shall
be twenty (20) years.
FIFTH: The number of directors
shall be seven. The incorporating di
rectors are:

handled by the Association, as provid
