Under and by virtue of the power of
sale contained in that certain security
deed given by W. H. McDonald to
D. F. Wurst, dated December 18th,
1936, and recorded December 30th
1936, in Book 8, at page 127, of the
Public Records of Seminole County,
and under and by virtue of the power
of sale contained in that certain se
curity deed dated December 23rd, 1936,
and recorded April 20th, 1937, given
by W. H. McDonald to Ray Darby
shire, the undersigned, transferee of
the obligations secured by said deeds,
which said obligations are in default,
and as successor of grantees in said
deeds, will sell before the Court House
door, in Donalsonville, Seminole
County. Georgia, on the first Tuesday
in January, 1942, during the legal
hours of sale, to the highest bidder
for cash, the following property, to
wit:
That certain tract of land lying and
being in lot of land No. 21 in the 14th
District of Seminole County, Georgia,
commencing on the 14th District line
on the egst side of said district at a
point where the 21st District and the
southeast corner, of the 27th District
suotheast corner of the 27th District
and the northwest corner of the 21st
District, and thence running north on
said district line 140 yards, thence

140 yards, thence east at a variation
of two and one-half degrees to the
starting point, containing four (4)
