WHAT IS NATIONAL 4-H
CLUB WEEK

You have a great opportunity
this week. By reading the newspa
per and listening to the radio you
can learn aibout the greatest rural
youth program in the nation, the
4-H cluib; the organization that
seeks to develop e character
through the head, heart, hands and
health program.
To 120,000 4-H’ers in the State
of Georgia and the many others
throughout the nation, this is the
week when they can call attention
to themselves. They are talking
and writing about their projects,
activities, contests, the local, coun
ty, state and national meetings,
canr.fps and other phases of the
program. It is a “check-up” and
“get-set” week. A chance to check
up on their achievements and an
opportunity to get set for more
accomplishments.
