OUT ON A—
LIMB
by Bo McLeod
Here’t to Fulton Lovell, a
man who’s really gone but not
forgotten.
It’s easy to predict that
Lovell will receive a new kind
of “welcome home” when he
gets back from Europe, if he
comes back.
This goes to show how hard
it is to work two sides of the
street in politics. Vengeful as
some politicians are you’ve
committed a greater crime by
supporting the opposition
than you’ve done good by
helping the winner.
It hasn’t come out yet, but
I’ll keep watching to see how
much Lovell helped Hoke O’-
Kelly and Grace Thomas. As
of right now, they’re the
ones 1 with reasons for being
slightly angry at the lad, not
Carl or Marvin.
What’s the bag limit on
campaign donations? Lovell
may know within the near fu
ture.

I’m one of the most devot

sliding at pea shelling time.

taste good enough, when mix

I figure I’d better hush, or
it will become one.

Will the Southerners in con
gress actually launch a fili*
buster against the so-called
civil rights (riots?) bill? I
think they will, because;
It won’t take nearly as
much talking to build a* fili

the home folks why they
didn’t.

this mess of bills should
pass, did you notice that ten
(10) men will have more con

carry on our business, than
any ten in history? Yet none
of the ten is subject to the
election process.
I refer to the nine Supreme
Court (Sanhedrin) justices
and the attorney general.
"Let's see now, there must
be some way such a scheme

tic form of government, but
I’W be darned if I can figure
out how.

There were many guesses,

We’ll have another picture
