Mrs. Ware. The sunshine they
sipread radiates into so many (
corners of our community. As
Chaplain of our hospitals for
the Ministerial Association,
Brother Ware visits every
hospital room two and three ,
times and more every week.!
As Official Chaplain to our (
County prison camp, he visits |
priconers in jail and in prison..
He holds regular services of'
worship at the County farm.
As Associate Pastor of the
Methodist Church, Brother
and Mrs. Ware move in and 1
out of the homes of Donalson
ville calling on the sick and.
shut-in, the lonely and the
bereaved as well as the happy,
and the new-comers in our
midst. As a result lives are (
made happy and souls are
saved. Brother Ware’s written
columns and radio messages
are an inspiration to his
readers and listeners.
Who is doing more among
us to lift the spiritual level
of our area?
Brother Ware, we are all
shamed and challenged by the
exampie of genuine Christian
Spirit you live so unselfishly
and enthusiastically before
us. We all pray God’sdbless
ings upon you, and may you
soon be among us again.

with them on Christmas day.

Chandler for the holidays.
Walker remained for several
days longer. Miss Alice Chan
dler accompanied Mr. and Mrs
McKelvey for a visit with
relatives in Macon and Atlan
ta. She returned this week
end with Dr. C. L. Chandler,
Jr., and David Jones who vis
ited with Mr. and Mrs. C. L.
Chandler. On returning to
Atlanta they were accom
panied by Walker Chandler.

speak Sunday night, January
12, at 7:30 in the Friendship
Methodist Church. He will
show color slides made re
cently on a tour of the Mis
sion work of the Methodist
Church in Central and South
America. The public is invit
ed.
Brother Erwin is a former
Missionary having served in
Siberia and Manchuria. He
has preached in Evangelistic
Missions twice in Cuba (be
fore Castro’s bid for Commu
jnism), once in Norway and
once in Costa Rica. He is the
Chaplain of the Macon Hos
pital in Macon, Ga.
Friends of Mrs. Marie
Drake will be sorry to learn
of the death of her father,
Ernest Victor Dutton of
Widnes, England on December
23.
